Not Just a Transaction Coordinator
I am a Transaction Coordinator for multiple Real Estate Agents throughout Colorado. I formed the company in 2017 after 3 years working in the real estate industry. As a Transaction Coordinator I make sure all the I’s are dotted and the T’s are crossed from contract to close. Working with the Title Company, Lenders, & Real Estate Agents. This all sounds very technical and hands off but I care deeply about my clients and their success. My goal every day is to help and support those around me. My clients joke that I am TC + help desk. When I am not staring at my computer screen, I am typically racing one of my four Grandkids to one activity or another, hanging out with my son and daughter, camping or fishing, or traipsing about the country to go lounge on a beach somewhere. Feel free to reach out anytime.
